When you become an Independent Consultant it is very awesome! You want to pinch yourself because you are right where you want to be and you are on your way!!
On the other side? It over~powers you. There is so much to learn and so much to know and so much to do. You are on your own.... independent... right?
If you have a consultant support group and go to there to ask a question? 9 out of 10 people will tell you 9 different things. The 10th? Ol' grumpy is having a bad day and will tell you to read the files! Yes indeed, what DID you get yourself into? LOL! And sadly some companies do not even have a group for support. You are really on your own!
I have recorded what has worked for me and my friends in the past. I will not say that it is the only way or the best way but you may just find something that helps you! What worked for I and my friends may not work in your situation at all but it may spark an idea within you! That is the goal! To help anyway that I possibly can. We are not in competition ~ there is plenty of Internet customers to go around ;-)
Take a deep breath and relax... I have your back!
This site is to help you learn about being an Independent Consultant. You can learn a little or you can learn a lot. That depends on you. As you know knowledge is power and the more you know about your job the better you can do that job.
This site will teach you that 75% of YOUR job is Good Customer Service! I started working in customer service at age 17 in 1974. Whoa! I have been trained by the best (a major computer/customer support company) and I have worked for a major computer corporation. Sometimes you can even learn from the worst! Hopefully you learn what not to do from them. LOL!
I will share everything that I have learned in the past and share what I learn in the future. I hope you enjoy your time here. I will try to keep it as simple as I can. Right now I only have 2 rules and I do not want to add any others unless forced to.
1. Be nice.
2. Don't share my work.
Your first assignment. Make an email folder for company emails. Save all of the emails that they send you. Do not throw any away for at least the first four weeks. They will be sending you a ton of information and I find months later I am still in there digging around looking for some form of information or another.

After awhile you will learn what you need to save and what is safe to pitch but play it on the safe side in the beginning. You can set up sub folders too... for Newsletter, Customers and Downline. But for now just save it for sure!
I really look forward to our relationship and I honestly want to help you in any way that I can.
Love, Patty & Peanut
